This is available to users who have updated to V1.46 and above! After we moved your account over to the new system, you will not able to see previous help tickets, but us at ATA still can if necessary! SEARCH for FAQ Articles related to the issue you are facing. We have a ton of articles available to help out and there will be plenty more to come!
