As of today: ELDER CITIES – LIMITS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FOLLOWING CITIES 142 149 153 👉 Anyone can move into the above cities regardless of account size or age. MIDDLE CITIES – LIMITS WILL BE PRESERVED AND UPDATED EACH WEEK AS USUAL Limits don't apply if you're moving to a City older than yours. 157 - 241,000,000 167 - 54,900,000 👉 For example. someone from City 167 with 257,000,000 House Points CAN move to 157. Someone 157 with 65,000,000 points CANNOT move into 167. ✨ c h e a t s h e e t ✨ Older city to newer city, below limits ✅ Older city to newer city, above limits ❌ Newer city to older city, above limits ✅ Newer city to older city, below limits ✅ NEW CITIES – LIMITS PRESERVED, NO EXCEPTIONS 170 - 10,500,000 173 - 4,710,000 175 - Closed to transfers tl;dr transfer policies will now depend on which category the City you're trying to transfer to is a part of.
