The relocation token only moves your home to a different location within the city, it doesn’t have any effect on your furniture or crew.

You can get Crew Packages gifts by completing different Crew Errands, or accumulating Crew Package points from opening Crew Packages.

You can get both of them from different story rewards and contests, but I’m not sure what you mean by using collab items in order to get both.
Followers can’t be spent as of now. They just add to influence and can only be taken in PvP or gained.
