followers has no use tbh adds to your influence but can be gained/taken during pvp. Rep can be used to purchase allies/ research in academy
Reputation can be used to get Allies. You can find it under your phone. Followers can be taken through PvP by other players, but they don’t have a use other than that as of now.
Almost a year later and still no use for them. 😂 Everyone is stealing back what they stole from other players.
