How do you find Evelin when you're first starting out? I've been looking for her for the past half hour and have had no luck...
Go to City, tap any public building nearby (such as Arcade, Gym, Vintage, Bookstore, Cafe), and look for Evelyn in the left side of those buildings. She should have a 🎭 icon above her. For the tutorial, I am not sure if it is a special version. To check/if it is, tap the Story in the top right, then on details, see if there is a location icon to tap to indicate / show you which building she is in.
