Rival loot is the material modes that spawn from defeating a Chad. 3 will spawn per Chad defeat. Chad has an 8% chance of spawning when defeating Evelyn. He must be rallied by a crew. I suggest finding yourself a populated, active crew to find a rival loot. Don’t be afraid to ask your crew chat questions
Level 3 minimum. Defeating a level 3 Evelyn gives you an 8% chance of spawning a level 1 RadChad. If you’re in a decent crew there should be rallies happening every day already
