This is my first time EVER playing. It didn't let me even create a character. I have absolutely no clue what to do! I have no money and a dirty house. That's it. Please help!
Hi Apple, Follow along with the tutorial, it will walk you through the many ways to earn cash, here's just a few: Completing Collabs, collecting cash, or Even completing daily events. In addition your "Office" will generate passive cash revenue for you but it will max out and you will have to collect it once it does. As for dirty house, you'll have to unlock the rooms you can do this by progressing through the tutorial and meeting certain influence requirements. You can get different kinds of furniture by getting furniture cards through events, using furniture tokens, or using gems to open furniture boxes or buying certain furniture items directly from the store. By "creating a character" unfortunately this isn't the Sims and you don't get to customize your character. You are given a few character images to choose from at the Start, if you dislike the one you have now click the image in the upper left and click on a new one that suites your style. You can also rename by going to Phone (bottom right), then tapping your name / the pencil icon next to your name.
