I've joined a new group and now I can't ask for helps nor can I give help, it says I need to be in a clan. How is this done?
Hi 👋 this is a bug that used to be fixed but is happening again sadly. 1. you can send a ticket to the support so they can look into it because they don’t really know why it’s happening. 2. usually when it happens in my crew : I make the member leave and join back the crew till they have the tag showing. Once it’s showing you’ll be able to join rallies/ask for help/get the entry boxes. As long you’ll stay in the crew without the tag showing on your profile: you ll have access to the crew chat but for all the rest it will be like you’re crewless.
