Get ready for some thrilling news! Ever wanted a fresh start in a new city but didn’t want to leave behind your valuable crew accomplishment behind? Your wish has been answered! You can now migrate your crew's Loyalty Gift Level to a new city without breaking a sweat! How does it work? We’re glad you asked! Here’s a quick guide to moving your crew to a new city: Crew Qualification: Only crews that have reached Loyalty Gift Level 6 or higher are eligible to request a crew transfer. City Selection: Make sure there’s a crew in the new city that you want to overwrite with your old crew. It could be a brand-new crew or an existing one, but the Loyalty Gift Level must be below 6. Both Crew Leaders Must Agree: The leaders of both the transferring crew and the one being overwritten in the new city must open support tickets indicating their intent to move the crew Loyalty Gift Level. Verification Process: You’ll need to confirm the name and tags of both crews (the one moving and the one being replaced). Once confirmed, our team will ask for final approval. Disband with Care: Do NOT disband your crew until instructed by our team. If your crew disbands before your information is recorded, it won’t be possible to transfer the crew. This process is not retroactive, so make sure to wait for the official go-ahead! Updating Details: Once disbandment is confirmed, our team will update your crew's Loyalty Gift Level. You can also opt to update your crew's name and tag during this time. Fresh Start in a New City: Your crew in the new city will have the same Loyalty Gift Level, letting you pick up right where you left off! Transfer Cooldown: A crew can after 21 days after its last transfer! Player Transfers: Each player must self-transfer to their Crew's new city. So make sure your crew is transferring to a City you're all eligible for! We hope this process makes your transitions smoother and gives you more flexibility as you continue building your dream crew!
