Can ring 1 be turned into L3 in the legacy servers yet? The only reason they still have people in is because the xfer cap is limitless but no minimum despite it being impossible for a L1/2 acc to grow. The only other thing people use ring 1 for in general is pfo points lol - we've been asking for over a year at this point
